5. What happens to the junk you remove?

3. Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
Yes, we offer full-service packing, partial packing, and unpacking services. We can also provide packing materials like boxes, tape, and bubble wrap.

4. Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured to protect your belongings during the entire moving process.

5. How are moving costs calculated?
Moving costs depend on the size of your move, distance, time required, and any additional services (like packing or storage). We offer free estimates with no obligation.

6. How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute moves.

7. Will you move heavy or specialty items (e.g., pianos, safes)?
Yes, we move large and specialty items. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the right equipment and crew.

8. What items can’t be moved?
We cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, or perishable foods. We’ll provide a full list of restricted items upon request.

9. Do I need to be present during the move?
Yes, someone must be present to sign paperwork, answer questions, and give access to the property. You can assign someone if you’re unavailable.

10. What happens if something is damaged during the move?
While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. If any item is damaged, please report it immediately. We’ll work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
